Admin Executive

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage general admin and front-desk duties.
  • Assist in procurement and supplier coordination.
  • Handle office supplies, records, and documentation.
  • Assist other departments with administrative tasks when required.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements: 
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in administrative work.
  • Good communication, organizational, and writing skills (English & Chinese).
  • Proficient in MS Office, independent, and responsible.
  • Knowledge of AutoCount products and Canva is a plus.
