Admin Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage general admin and front-desk duties.
- Assist in procurement and supplier coordination.
- Handle office supplies, records, and documentation.
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks when required.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in administrative work.
- Good communication, organizational, and writing skills (English & Chinese).
- Proficient in MS Office, independent, and responsible.
- Knowledge of AutoCount products and Canva is a plus.
